Many of us would have experienced the fact that whenever we try to change any old bad habit of ours to a new one, we stick to it for a time being and then get back to the old state again. Some of us set goals and were not able to achieve them. It is scientifically proven that people hardly change consciously. This happens as we have not realized our Goals or realized the effect of change behaviour in our mind.

Behavioural or habitual changes happen in our unconscious mind.

We get different thoughts (in mind), emotions (feelings), and behaviour (act), and behaviour gets converted into Experiences when we think about our Past.
